Since 2003, I have dedicated my career to healthcare software, specializing in training, implementation, and project management. My focus on building strong customer relationships has allowed me to provide strategic feedback and achieve high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) of 85% or higher. My customer-first approach, which emphasizes honesty and transparency, helps foster lasting partnerships. I take pride in working closely with our clients to enhance our products, ensuring they meet customer needs while embracing the latest innovations. On a personal note, my identity as a mother and wife is at the core of who I am. For nearly twenty years, I have shared my life with my husband, and after 13 wonderful years of marriage, our bond continues to strengthen. Together, we are raising our energetic 10-year-old son, who keeps us on our toes with his love for soccer and football. Watching him grow and excel in sports fills us with immense pride and joy, as we create cherished memories during practices, games, and celebrations. Adding to our family's dynamic is Blue Saint, our spirited 2-year-old Doberman. His playful nature and loyalty bring laughter and companionship to our home, reminding us of the importance of play and joy in our lives. Life as a mother and wife is a beautiful journey filled with challenges and rewards. Each day presents its own hurdles, but our love and laughter make every moment worthwhile. I wouldn’t trade this life for anything; it’s an adventure I cherish deeply. In my spare time, I am committed to continuous learning. Currently, I am taking digital marketing courses to expand my knowledge. In today’s fast-paced world, especially with the rise of AI, staying updated and learning new things is essential to avoid being left behind.
